POLIUPLAN LC

CODE: 92

Liquid -applied polyurethane waterproofing membrane.

DESCRIPTION

POLIUPLAN LC is a premium, liquid and cold-applied, one-part polyurethane waterproofing membrane. It cures by reaction woth ambient moisture to form a strong protective and self-levelling base.
POLIUPLAN LC is based on LC-Technology, developed to avoid polymerization bubbles present in traditional polyurethane.
LC-Technology combines the best polyurethane properties with a very low emission and bubble-free system.

  • One component
  • Odorless
  • Neutral curing, does not stain, corrode or affect concrete
  • Liquid: easy to apply with professional or simple tools, like brush or roller
  • Cold applied: in any situation and any climate
  • Full surface adhesion and seamless covering, even on curved surfaces
  • In combination with non-woven fabric is suitable to cover details, corners, edges
  • Compatible with most building materials
  • Easy to repair in case of damage
  • Paintable

BENTOTAP GAS

CODE: 2003

BENTOTAP GAS Is a multilayer waterproofing membrane.

DESCRIPTION

BENTOTAP GAS is a multilayer waterproofing membrane with the same structure as BENTOTAP and the addition of a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet is heat-sealed on the side of the nonwoven: this layer makes the membrane even less permeable to water, efficient even in case of saline infiltration, and it is imperviousto gases.

USE

BENTOTAP GAS membranes are used in civil engineering for the waterproofing underground structures of works such as: bridges, roads, foundations, basements, car parks and in all cases where maximum protection against water infiltration is required.

A resistant polymer sheet (HDPE) is also coupled to BENTOTAP GAS through a heat-sealing process.

This makes it not just an excellent and robust waterproofing membrane, but also a practical and convenient obtaining a gas-impermeable barrier, wich is increasingly required today, for example in the case of soils with Radon gas emissions.

BENTOTAP

CODE: 2001

High performance waterproofing bentonite geocompound.

DESCRIPTION

BENTOTAP is a multilayer waterproofing membrane consisting of:

A propylene geotextile with high mechanical properties of resistance to traction, tearing and punching.
A non-woven in propylene and PET with flexibility and adhesion to concrete, able to stably encapsulate granular bentonite inside it.
Terrae: high content natural sodium bentonite in granules.
A transverse micro-punching (needling) firmly holds the first three layers of the membrane together, while ensuring high adhesion to the concrete and that no horizontal movements of the bentonite occur.

USE

BENTOTAP membranes are used in civil engineering for waterproofing underground structures of works such as bridges, roads, foundations, underground floors, car parks and in all cases where maximum protection against water infiltration is required.
BENTOTAP membranes are suitable for demanding conditions of use such as in the case of high and constant hydraulic pressure or when particular resistance to mechanical and structural stress is required.

CRISTAL ST1 ST2

CODE: 1002

Cement-based product for waterproofing concrete structures.

DESCRIPTION

Cement-based product for waterproofing concrete structures by internal crystallization.

Ecological CRISTAL ST1 – ST2, products, designed for the repair of concrete, are cement-based products with the addition of chemical and organic products free from pollutants.

These products are applied for internal or external use of concrete and guarantee a durable waterproofing.

They can also be used for repairing leaks due to microcracks in concrete or concrete casting joints.

Due to their specific function, they increase the durability of concrete by preventing or preventing corrosion of reinforcement.

USE

  • Swimming pools
  • Covered parking lots
  • Roofs
  • Pipes and ducts
  • Sewers
  • Port facilities
  • Bridge decks
  • Galleries and subways
  • All structures below the water level
  • Dry docks
  • Water purification plants
  • Concrete walls and floors
  • Water tanks and raised water tanks
