ROND

CODE: 2007

ROND is a polyethylene washer.

DESCRIPTION

ROND is a polyethylene washer with 50 mm diameter with a central hole to be used for fixing PANEL and BENTOTAP.

CONSUMPTION

1.5 pieces/sqm for BENTOTAP – 2.5 pieces/sqm for PANEL and BENTOTAP.

BENTOTAP LITE

CODE: 2002

Waterproofing bentonite geocompound.

DESCRIPTION

BENTOTAP LITE is a multilayer waterproofing membrane with the same structure as BENTOTAP.

USE

BENTOTAP Lite membranes are used in civil engineering for waterproofing underground structures, of works such as bridges, roads, foundations, basements, car parks and in all cases where maximum protection against water infiltration is required.

BENTOTAP Lite is at its best in non-critical conditions of use and when the cost factor can make a difference.

STOP

CODE: 2004

Bentonite swelling curb for construction joints.

DESCRIPTION

The curb is composed of 75 % natural sodium bentonite
And 25 % polymer.

USE

Small cracks may form in the construction joints during concrete hardening.
This can cause water infiltration.
The profile will swell up to 400% in volume compared to its initial size in contact with water, thus ensuring excellent waterproofing.

Holes and cracks will thus be effectively closed.

STOPBIT

CODE: 2005

STOPBIT is a sealing adhesive for localised STOP laying operations.

DESCRIPTION

STOPBIT is a sealing adhesive for localised STOP laying operations.

It is based on bitumen, elastomers, aromatic hydrocarbons, inert fillers, and additives. It has characteristics of permanent flexibility.

USE

STOPBIT is used for laying STOP on all types of surfaces, even on damp substrates. Can be used with standard guns.

BENTOTAP GAS

CODE: 2003

BENTOTAP GAS Is a multilayer waterproofing membrane.

DESCRIPTION

BENTOTAP GAS is a multilayer waterproofing membrane with the same structure as BENTOTAP and the addition of a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet is heat-sealed on the nonwoven: this layer makes the membrane even less permeable to water, efficient even in case of saline infiltration, and it is impervious to gases.

USE

BENTOTAP GAS membranes are used in civil engineering for the waterproofing underground structures of works such as: bridges, roads, foundations, basements, car parks and in all cases where maximum protection against water infiltration is required.

A resistant polymer sheet (HDPE) is also coupled to BENTOTAP GAS through a heat-sealing process.

This makes it not just an excellent and robust waterproofing membrane, but also a practical and convenient obtaining a gas-impermeable barrier, wich is increasingly required today, for example in the case of soils with Radon gas emissions.

BENTOTAP

CODE: 2001

High performance waterproofing bentonite geocompound.

DESCRIPTION

BENTOTAP is a multilayer waterproofing membrane consisting of:

A propylene geotextile with high mechanical characteristics of resistance to traction, tearing and punching.
A non-woven in propylene and PET with flexibility and adhesion to concrete, able to stably encapsulate granular bentonite inside it.
Terrae: a high content of pure natural sodium bentonite, in granules.
A transversal micro-punching treatment (needling) firmly holds the first three layers of the membrane together, while ensuring high adhesion to the concrete and that no horizontal movements of the bentonite occur.

USE

BENTOTAP membranes are used in civil engineering for waterproofing underground structures of works such as bridges, roads, foundations, underground floors, car parks and in all cases where maximum protection against water infiltration is required.
BENTOTAP membranes are suitable for demanding conditions of use such as in the case of high and constant hydraulic pressure or when particular resistance to mechanical and structural stress is required.
