DESCRIPTION

GIUX is a coextruded PVC and hydrophilic rubber strip with a central bulb, designed to take maximum advantage of the combination of the two raw materials.

The hydrophilic rubber elements are covered with a protective tape to be removed just before casting, so as to avoid premature expansion.

It is suitable for use in contact with drinking water, sea water and in sewers.

USE

GIUX is used to waterproof expansion joints both below and above ground, both in slabs and between walls

DESCRIPTION

The profile is made from 100% polyurethane.

STOPSAL is supplied in blue with a retardant coating.



STOPSAL is an expansion profile with an exceptional quality-price ratio.

USE

STOPSAL is an expanding hydrophilic polyurethane profile for waterproofing cast concrete joints (or in combination with bentonite matting or panels) or also for waterproofing prefabricated concrete elements. Suitable for salt water.

STOPSALcan be applied together with a hose for injection. For preventive or curative waterproofing with polyurethane injection resins.

FUGA

Silicone waterproofing suitable for balconies and windows.

DESCRIPTION

FUGA is the only silicone-based product that can boast the title of waterproofer.

It is a concentrated solution of silicone resins, silanes, siloxanes and organic polymers, suitably catalysed, spread in a mixture of non-polar solvents, secondary alcohols and natural orange essence.

FUGA is used for waterproofing horizontal flat surfaces with macroporosity and thin cracks, eliminating water infiltration, without having to resort to radical renovation of walkable surfaces.

FUGA is therefore recommended for waterproofing terraces, balconies and horizontal and inclined surfaces but is also valid for vertical walls.

FUGA must be applied as is on clean and dry substrates, with temperatures between +10 and + 40°C.

DESCRIPTION

FLUID GLASS is a highly concentrated non-film impregnating product based on mineral silicates in hydroalcoholic solution.
It is therefore a reactive solution capable of forming, through
chemical reaction with the calcium salts and hydrates present in the
wall substrates, binding and stabilizing compounds;
specific for consolidating treatments in green building interventions and in the restoration of period and monumental buildings.

USE

  • Consolidating agent for cement-based mortars and plasters;
  • Consolidating agent for concrete and reinforced concrete structures;
  • Consolidating agent/hardener, dustproofing, for concrete floors;
  • Curing aid, hardener for concrete surfaces;
  • Consolidating agent/regenerator for raw bricks;

POLIUPLAN PRIMER

POLIUPLAN PRIMER is a two-component water-based epoxy paint.

DESCRIPTION

POLIUPLAN PRIMER is a two-component water-based epoxy paint, with more than twenty years of successful use. 
It is used as a primer for POLIUPLAN and for all polyurethane-based products. 
POLIUPLAN PRIMER is the ideal primer (or first layer) in all applications with problems of negative pressure and rising damp.
It is simple and safe to apply (zero VOC) and has numerous applications beyond its use as a primer.

USE

  • Primer for any system: Epoxies, Polyurethanes etc.;
  • Cement coating in food processing plants, exhibition halls, schools, hospitals, nuclear plants, breweries, etc.;
  • (In the pigmented version)
  • As an adhesive between new and old concrete layer;
  • Protective layer in case of rising damp (Water tanks).

INJECT IDRO

Single component injection polyurethane resin.

DESCRIPTION

Single-component injection polyurethane resin, solvent-free, injected with a two-component pump, with water as the second component.. INJECT IDRO consists of solvent-free isocyanate, based on diphenylmethanediisocyanate and reacts only if in contact with water.
In a polymer-water ratio varying from 1:1 to 1:7 it forms a compact and waterproof elastomer foam.
In a polymer-water ratio varying from 1:9 to 1:15 it forms a very elastic elastomer gel.
Applied correctly, INJECT IDRO adheres to the surface forming a rubbery, resistant and very elastic seal, which immediately blocks any water.

INJECT FLEX

CODE: 3002

Single component polyurethane resin.

DESCRIPTION

Single-component, solvent-free, injection polyurethane resin, ideal for dynamic cracks and damp joints due to water infiltration. The reaction with water produces a flexible polyurethane foam with closed cells. The end product, injected under pressure, does not shrink or swell.
In a short time a good compression force is obtained.
Better to inject the resin with a certain counter pressure.
The reaction rate can be easily adapted by varying
the accelerator or catalyst content from 6% to 10%.
The more catalyst is added, the higher the reaction rate.
